Scandinavia is one of the regions where the internet is the most developped in the world, comparably to the USA. Whereas domainers have rapidly shown a great interest in domains in Swedish, Danish & Norwegian (often the same words in the 3 languages), other Scandinavian countries have been almost ignored. The potential of growth in Finnish (6 million people) and Baltic countries languages (8 million people) is however interesting. Finland is a very prosperous country. And, although it's not widely known, Estonia (called E-stonia because internet is fully developped all over the country) is one of the best managed country in the world, and Latvia and Lithuania follow the same step.
